Who Plays Black Widow in Iron Man 2?

Before I mentioned that Emily Blunt was probably going to play the character Black Widow, but recently it has been brought up that under a contract she has with FOX, that she might have to play a role in the upcoming movie Gulliver's Travels which will provide a scheduling conflict with the Iron Man 2 shoot. So because Blunt isn't a sure deal, Marvel Studios has add Scarlett Johansson into consideration. Johansson has met with Director Jon Faverau and some other Marvel people and she says that she's interested. She is now just waiting for Blunt to officially decline her offer.

Marvel is really getting lots of big actors in their movies. I wonder how they are going to pay for them all?
