It is also officially confirmed that Scarlett Johansson will be playing Black Widow now that Emily Blunt has declined the role.
And with Sam Jackson signed on too, there shouldn't be any major castings and they can start filming. Hooray!

no offense to Mickey Roarke since he's probably a nice guy in real life, but i think he has the evil villain look down pretty good without even trying
