Jon Favreau is Iron Man 2's Director

It's not official, but it might as well be. Marvel Studios gave Favreau a much richer offer to direct Iron Man 2. Before, Marvel was considering hiring a different director because Favreau wanted a pay raise, but with the outcry of fans, and the internet, Marvel has agreed to pay Favreau more for his work. Robert Downey Jr. is already on board because it's in his contract. Now all we have to worry about is whether or not less than 2 years is enough time to make a good sequal. The Dark Knight and X-men 2 had 3 years to polish up. Jon definately has his work cut out for him.
